A message from your host

Hello, beautiful souls, thank you for being here. This event has been lovingly and intentionally curated with each of you in mind. It’s a sacred space to soften, surrender, and feel gently held. The timetable has been thoughtfully woven to offer variety, you’ll choose from sessions spanning music, art, movement, education, and more. Each one is unique, offered only once throughout the day, and that’s the magic of it. For an additional fee, you’ll also have 1:1 access to our experienced therapists and teachers. Click the link above to pre-book a session in our healing bell tents.

You are free to move through the day, follow your intuition, choose what calls to you, or simply allow the day to unfold naturally. The venue is set within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, a private, peaceful location with access to sweeping landscapes, a spacious marquee, and farmhouse property where some smaller sessions will take place. If you need a moment between sessions, you’ll find plenty of quiet, peaceful outdoor spaces to retreat and reflect. We warmly encourage everyone to bring a blanket and pillow.

Tickets are intentionally limited to honour the intimacy of the day. We encourage early booking if you feel called to join us. With your support, we hope this gathering will plant the seeds for a future weekend-long retreat in 2026/27, while always remaining soulful, small, and intentional. We’ve done our utmost to ensure this day remains as cost-effective as possible. Everything on the timetable is included in your ticket price, along with a hearty lunch and drinks throughout the day, *with the exception of the healing bell tents, which are available at an additional cost.

With love
Sarah x

A BIG thank you to our sponsors! You can expect a little gift from each of them upon your arrival.

T&C’S - Please Read

Venue: Hidden Acres, Netherfield Place Farm, Battle, TN33 9PY. Please be sure to enter the full address, as the postcode alone will direct you to our neighbours.

Date: September 13th 2025

Tickets: Event ticket is £120. This includes the eventbrite booking fee, access to all sessions and workshops, a nourishing lunch, refreshments throughout the day, a goodie bag, and entry to the beautiful rural property. Highly limited tickets. Click on the BOOK NOW boxes, at the top and bottom of this page.

Time: Doors open at 9:00 AM, and we’ll close the day by 5:00 PM, or hang out around the campfire Opening ceremony starts at 9:45 AM, first session starts at 10:15 AM.

Travel by Car: If you're traveling by car, we highly encourage carpooling to help reduce the number of vehicles on the property. We have field parking, which is limited to 60 cars. Once the car park reaches capacity, you’ll need to use street parking and walk down to the venue. It takes around 10 minutes to walk down or back up. In the event that the field is wet or boggy, we will all need to opt for street parking and walk down.

Please keep an eye out for the Hidden Acres sign at the top of the drive, then you’ll know you’re in the right place. A parking marshal will be available from 9:00-10:30 AM and again from 4:30-5:30 PM to greet you at the entrance and guide you.

Driveway & Parking: The driveway to the venue is approximately 800 metres long, located in a rural area, and is a work in progress. It’s uneven and not suitable for low-clearance vehicles. Most cars can safely drive down when taken slowly at around 5 mph, but anyone choosing to drive down does so entirely at their own risk. We are not liable for any damage to vehicles, nor do we take any responsibility for vehicles left in the car park or on surrounding street parking.

Travel by train: If you wish to travel by train, the nearest stations are Battle or Hastings. From there, we recommend taking a taxi. We also suggest arranging for your taxi to drop off and pick up from the street parking area, and then for you to walk down. Please pre-book your cab in advance, as mobile signal in the area can be a bit unreliable, but we do have good Wi-Fi on the property.

Footwear: If you're walking down, please make sure to wear suitable footwear. We're in a rural area, so heels are not advised! Stick to flats, sandals, trainers, or comfortable activewear shoes when walking down the driveway. Be mindful of any thistles if going barefoot!

Tickets: When you arrive at the festival, our lovely volunteers will be at the gate ready to scan your QR code.

Refunds: We’re unfortunately unable to offer refunds.

Cancellations: In the event that Hidden Acres needs to cancel the festival due to low ticket sales, you will receive a full refund, minus the booking fee charged by Eventbrite.

Children: For this event, children are not permitted, simply because we don’t have the infrastructure in place to safely support them.

Alcohol & Drugs: This is a strictly no alcohol or drugs event. Anyone found to be in violation of this policy will be escorted off the premises with no refund.

Food: Strictly no nuts are to be brought onto the property. Your ticket includes a delicious, hearty, and wholesome hot meal. While the final menu is still being confirmed, it will be both vegan and gluten-free. If you have any allergies or intolerances, please let us know in advance by emailing hello@hiddenacres.co.uk. We will do our best to accommodate you, but in the unlikely event that we can't, your ticket price will remain the same and you will need to bring your own food.

Ideally, we’d love for everyone to enjoy a communal meal together. Please note that seated tables and chairs are limited. If the weather is good, we’ll have outdoor seating. In case of rain, we’ll eat under the marquee, but as this space is also used for classes, it won’t include tables or chairs. We encourage you to bring a cushion or pillow to sit on, just in case. You’re welcome to bring your own food if you prefer. However, no barbecues or cooking equipment are allowed. If you do choose to bring your own food, the ticket price remains the same, but we kindly ask that you let us know so we can avoid over-preparing meals.

Water and Tea: The patio or farmhouse will host a water and herbal tea station. No coffee or english tea provided. We’ll provide recyclable cups, but we strongly encourage you to bring your own refillable bottle.

Sessions: Each session lasts 45 minutes, allowing plenty of time for you to transition to your next chosen session. Sessions are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and there are limits on the number of participants for each session. The sessions held in the house accommodate smaller groups, while the marquee can accommodate larger groups. All areas of the site can be reached within 1 to 2 minutes. We recommend arriving at your chosen session 10 minutes before the scheduled start time, so you have time to find your spot and settle in. Strictly shoes OFF in the tent or house.

Healing tents and Money: We have three healing bell tents that will be occupied by wonderful practitioners, available for an additional cost. You will need to bring either cash or a card to enjoy these sessions. No additional payment will be required for anything else, as all food and drinks are included in your ticket. If you wish to have a treatment in one of the healing bell tents, please remember to bring cash or a card for payment.

Book a treatment: The healing tents are available for both pre-booking and same-day sign-ups (if there are any spots left). You can book directly with the practitioner; we do not handle this process. Links are shared above.

Accessibility: Our rural venue currently faces challenges in providing wheelchair accessibility due to the natural landscape and historic structures, we are actively working to improve this. We are committed to making our venue more inclusive and are in the process of exploring solutions to ensure that all guests can comfortably enjoy their experience. Your understanding and patience are greatly appreciated as we work towards this important goal.

What to bring: Please check the weather closer to the event date. If rain is forecasted, dress warmly and consider wearing boots or wellies. All of our sessions will be held under cover, but in case of rain, you will need waterproof footwear/clothing for traveling between locations. Please bring a pillow/blankets to sit on; we will provide ample yoga mats, but if you prefer to double up, feel free to bring your own.

In case of hot weather, pack loose, flowy clothing along with active wear if you plan to participate in Yoga or Pilates sessions. You can go barefoot, but since the land has some thistles, please be careful or opt for sandals or flip-flops. Additionally, bring a sun hat, sunscreen, insect repellent, and a refillable water bottle.

Please also bring any musical instruments, a journal, incense, or anything else that calls to you. Please no open flames and should you opt to burn any incense make sure they are suitably housed.

First Aid: The ground floor bedroom, in the house will serve as a rest and care room. If you feel unwell or just need some time to rest, you are welcome to use this space. There will be a first aider onsite. If you need assistance, please contact the helpers, staff, or volunteers. You can identify them by their "Hi, how can I help?" lanyards. All of our practitioners, volunteers, and staff members will be wearing these lanyards.

Health: It’s really important that you let your hosts and any yoga or movement teachers know about any injuries or physical limitations ahead of time. Please stay mindful of your own body and its needs, only do what feels right for you. If anything feels uncomfortable or painful, please stop straight away. It’s your responsibility to speak with your GP or healthcare professional (especially one familiar with yoga or physical practices) to make sure you're fit and well enough to join in with the activities we’re offering. We also ask that you let us know in advance about any physical or mental health conditions, allergies, or dietary needs. If we believe a particular activity might not be right for you, or that something may impact your wellbeing or that of others, we will suggest that you skip it, or in some rare cases, we may advise against attending altogether. While we do our very best to make everything safe and accessible, please be aware we’re based in the countryside, and the ground can be a little uneven in places. We can’t take responsibility for any injuries that happen during the retreat, so we really encourage you to listen to your body and take good care of yourself throughout.

Photography: We will have a professional photographer and videographer on-site to capture the event. They will be respectful and considerate of your preferences. If you would prefer not to have your photo taken, please feel free to let them know. By attending the festival, you are consenting to being photographed and recorded for promotional purposes unless you indicate otherwise.

Unit toilets: Toilets will be available on the main field, but there are three steps leading to them.

Note: This is a female-only event, and all therapists and practitioners identify as female. However, some members of the operations team, such as the sound engineer, may be male. They will not remain on-site, but will be on call and may need to pop in briefly ~ in case of a PA/sound or technical issues.

Tickets pricing: We reserve the right to adjust any unsold ticket prices without any obligation to the purchaser.

Cancellations: In the unlikely event that Hidden Acres needs to cancel the festival due to low ticket sales, you will receive a full refund, minus the booking fee charged by Eventbrite.

Our Responsibility to You: We promise to do everything we can to deliver the retreat as described and to make sure the services we’ve committed to are offered to a high and reasonable standard. That said, we can’t be held responsible for any delays, cancellations, or changes caused by things outside of our control, this includes things like strikes, extreme weather, transport issues, staff illness, airport closures, personal emergencies, or larger world events like war, pandemic or terrorism. All activities, including yoga and movement sessions, are taken at your own risk. We can’t take responsibility for any injuries, or for any medical or mental health conditions that might arise during or after the retreat. Please also note that we aren’t liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during your stay, so please take care of your things.
