Our straightforward flat-rate fee keeps planning stress-free and includes three-day exclusive access to our farmhouse (sleeps 14), a scenic ceremony lawn, and a stunning 9m x 24m panoramic marquee that seats up to 120 day guests and 150 night guests.

You’ll also receive coordinator support during the planning process and on your big day, along with complimentary access to our styling and props shed. Plus, enjoy lawn games, three bell tents, and a dedicated camping zone (all included). Surrounded by natural beauty, Hidden Acres offers the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable celebration.

Marquee

Our brand-new 9M by 24M marquee is designed to showcase the beauty of the countryside with full panoramic sides that offer breathtaking rural views. Spacious enough to host up to 120 day guests and 150 night guests, the marquee comes fully equipped at no extra cost, including: Ivory lining, a dance floor, option for corkage free BYOB bar, carpet, festoon lighting, fairy lights, limewash Chiavari chairs, rustic wooden trestle tables, a stock tent, and more!

The panoramic sides can be lifted for warm weather or kept down to keep out the rain, ensuring comfort in any condition. If outdoor ceremonies aren’t an option, half of the marquee space can easily be transformed into a beautiful ceremony space, making it the perfect all-weather venue.

Gatehouse

Upon arrival, your wedding guests are greeted by our rustic gatehouse, adorned with colourful bunting and festoon lighting leading the way. In July, it’s framed by lush greenery and blooming hydrangeas, setting a magical, photo-worthy tone from the very start. As they pass through, they’ll catch their first glimpse of the farmhouse, with signs guiding them through the beautifully maintained gardens. In the evening, uplighters and decorative lighting are thoughtfully placed to highlight the beauty of the barn.

Farmhouse

You’ll enjoy exclusive access to our large farmhouse for three days, accommodating up to 14 guests. Arrive the day before your wedding to add personal touches to the marquee, rehearse your ceremony walk with the coordinator, and relax knowing you’re onsite and ready for your big day. With spacious master bedrooms, both wedding parties can prepare in style, while your loved ones unwind the night before. Located just 10 meters from the ceremony and marquee lawn, the farmhouse offers a convenient retreat for older guests or anyone needing a quiet moment. Plus, you’ll love sneaking a peek at your guests arriving from the farmhouse windows!

Ceremony

The garden path leads guests to the ceremony and marquee lawn. Upon arrival, guests are greeted with a refreshing drink, allowing them to soak in the scenery, explore the grounds, and enjoy a mellow pre-ceremony playlist. If the weather takes a turn, the marquee provides a welcoming shelter. Following the ceremony, alfresco drinks are served, lawn games are set up, and guests can relax and take in the idyllic surroundings.

Bell Tents & Styling

Included in our flat-rate fee are three charming bell tents, left empty for guests to bring their own air mattresses and bedding. The garden also offers space for additional tents, alongside the 14 guests accommodated in the farmhouse. You’ll also have access to our styling and props shed, brimming with decorative treasures, from rugs, cushions, lanterns and antique furniture to lounge areas, lawn games, and so much more. Our dedicated coordinator and team will thoughtfully set everything out.
